Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, or Order Errors
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us of any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
For defective items reported within this window, we may offer a direct replacement exchange at no additional cost. We may require photos, serial numbers, or other documentation to evaluate the claim. Merrick Design reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.
Claims submitted outside this inspection window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are available only for defective products. All other approved returns will be refunded, and a new order may be placed separately if a replacement is desired.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and inform you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order with Merrick Design, you agree to follow the return, refund, and exchange process outlined in this policy before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
We encourage customers to contact us at info@merrickdesign.com to resolve any issues. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter through our support process may delay resolution and may be contested with the payment provider.
All orders are documented with order confirmations, shipment tracking, and delivery verification to assist in dispute resolution.
