SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
In-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Presale items are not in stock at the time of purchase and will ship on or around the estimated date listed on the product page. Presale ship dates are estimates and may change due to production, supplier, or carrier factors.
Orders containing presale items will ship once all items in the order are available. We do not offer split shipments.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, supply chain issues, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer, subject to applicable law.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the carrier to initiate a trace. We may assist with carrier claims at our discretion but are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@merrickdesign.com.
Photos of the damaged item and original packaging may be required to evaluate the claim or file a carrier claim.
Claims submitted outside this reporting window may not be eligible for resolution.
International Shipping
International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing. We are not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
